Editing Two Photo's

There are two particular photographs that I took of the band that I like due to the way in which the band are standing and reacting to each other. One is before they began the soundcheck, while the other is during the soundcheck. All of the band are in both photo's however, because there are extra people in the first one, and Connor is not at the drums but on the sidelines, I am thinking of editing the photo's together to make a better looking photo of the band that could be used on the poster that I need to make as part of my ancillary tasks. The lighting is different on both photo's, therefore I would have to change the settings, possibly to make it black and white. Below are the two photos:
